An older website for Heston Blumenthal's much acclaimed 3 Star Michelin restaurant, 'The Fat Duck'. A mixture of Flash and HTML, with artwork supplied by one of my illustration heroes, Dave McKean.
ABOUT THE FAT DUCK
The centre-piece of the site was the Flash-based 'About' section, that aims to take the user through a more sensory guide to how The Fat Duck works, both philosophically and practically.
REST OF THE SITE
The rest of the website was a standard HTML build, allowing for booking, menus and the usual restarant website requirements. More than anything I wanted to make as much use of Dave McKean's illustrations as I could, weaving them into the pages at any opportunity.
